ROLE OF THE PLATFORM

• The Platform operates as a digital marketplace connecting Clients with independent Service Providers.
• The Platform is not a party to any contract or transaction between Clients and Service Providers.
• Service Providers operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of the Platform.

USER OBLIGATIONS

FOR THE SERVICE PROVIDER

• Act professionally and respectfully toward Clients.
• Refrain from theft, fraud, or criminal conduct.
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• Not demand unauthorized additional payments.
• Remit 10% commission on earnings derived through the Platform.

FOR THE CLIENT

• Treat Service Providers respectfully.
• Provide accurate information.
• Pay agreed service fees promptly.
• Refrain from unlawful or fraudulent conduct.

PAYMENTS AND COMMISSION

• Payments are made directly between Clients and Service Providers unless otherwise stated.
• The Platform is entitled to a 10% commission from Service Providers.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• The Platform shall not be liable for:
• Any disputes between users;
• Losses, damages, or injuries arising from services;
• The quality, legality, or safety of services rendered.

INDEMNITY

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Their use of the Platform;
• Breach of these Terms;
• Any misconduct or unlawful acts.

SAFETY DISCLAIMER

• All users are responsible for their own safety.
• The Platform does not guarantee the identity or conduct of any user.

FRAUD DISCLAIMER

The Platform disassociates itself from any fraudulent or illegal acts committed by users. We actively monitor the platform to maintain its integrity.

DATA PROTECTION (NDPR COMPLIANCE)

• The Platform collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
• By using the Platform, you consent to such data processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

TERMINATION

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms at its sole discretion.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation.
• Where unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Abuja, Nigeria, in accordance with applicable arbitration laws.
